Short Title 1

Camping Puy is a giant civic project that occupied a central place in the plans of the Khmer Rouge, for the irrigation of agricultural lands around Battambang. Today, Camping Puy large lake situated between two hills, 7500 meters in length and 1900 meters in width, is very popular among the locals who like to arrange here picnics, swimming and boating. Unfortunately, the construction of reservoirs Camping Puy led to the deaths of tens of thousands of people, the majority of deaths caused by malnutrition, disease, overwork and cruel treatment. This area may see many different birds, such as herons, egrets, geese, ducks. Camping Puy is located 36 km southwest of Battambang.

Phnom Sam WO (Phnom Sampuov)

Phnom Sam WO is natural resort located along the national road number 57 in the direction of Sam Poe at a distance of 12 kilometers is Battambang. The elevation is over 100 meters, on top of which there is a temple and 3 natural source sources Pkar Slar, Lo Khuon and Ak So Pheak.

Ek Phnom (Ek Phnom Temple)

Phnom Banan (Phnom Banan Temple)

Temple Phnom Banan was built by King Udayadityavarman II (1050-1066), but much was completed by King Jayavarman VII (1181-1219). Phnom Banan is situated on a hilltop height approximately 400metrov. As you approach the temple you will see 5 towers and steep steps leading to them. Like many other Khmer temples of Phnom Banan was the victim of massive looting, but despite that you can see a lot of interesting things. From the hill offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, river Sangker and endless rice fields. At the foot of the hill is a cave called Lang Booth Mead to her difficult journey along the slope, but it is worth to look at it. Penetrated into the cave you'll see large stalactites hanging from the ceiling and emitting drops of water. Local legend says that the use of this water leads to knowledge of past, present and future.
