The museum consists of 8 galleries:

1. Khmer civilization. The gallery exhibits tells the secret of creation of the Khmer civilization, as it was created one of the huge buildings in the world. Talk about faith, the Khmer people in their great King and about the history of ancient wars.

2. Religion and beliefs. For a better understanding of any culture, it is necessary to study his beliefs. Religion in the Khmer Empire was the direct and indirect impacts on all aspects of the Khmer civilization, including literature, sculpture, architecture, and the same influence on aspects of everyday life.

3. Great Khmer Kings. History shows that there were four most prominent Khmer king, who more than anyone else did to Khmer Empire became one of the greatest in the world.
