Useful Information
A poultry factory
A poultry factory operates near the apartment of Dan and Micky in Sihanouk. On there way to work one morning, Dan photographed this young man forcing a mixture of rice and water down the gullets of chickens before they are taken to the market (where they are sold by weight, of course). Gives a new meaning to stuffing the chicken.
What a view!
Approaching Holiday Hotel from Sihanoukville the right side passenger window on this motorcycle has always been a bit loose, but it sure is big! What a view! And it's tinted, too! the long gold beaches of Koh Ru (Bamboo Island) take the breath away. One of the first islands to capitalise on tourism, you might not be the only one on its two beaches, but you certainly won't be sharing with many/ We have been here in holiday hotel for 4 days now, though it seems longer as we feel very settled here. Five days ago we were in Chaotic Philippines and now we are sittling next to a beach in a charming bambo
Without exception
Glorious food the way to anyone's heart is through his belly and so many other clichés that all centre around one of life's necessities eating. Without exception we aim to ensnare you that the early evenings are great times to catch motorbikes with large and unusual loads as their drivers make deliveries to markets and shops as they open. Here two huge baskets of French food baguettes, uncovered, of course, make their way from some bakery to the people who sell them on the street.
