What if I need to change my dates?If you booked direct with us this can be done at any time up to the date of arrival.

What's the latest time I can check in?Due to our close proximity to the airport we keep reserved rooms available to 07:00 the following morning.

What are your standard check in and out times?Check in 13:00 and check out 12:00

Can I check in early?Yes. Early Check-in: After 08:00 is charged at half day rate; early check-in: before 08:00 is charged at full day rate. This in is an additional service, which is only applicable if you have a nights booking.

How much is a day room?Our day room rates are priced the same as our nightly rates. With day rooms we offer flexible times.

No. The price mentioned on our website is inclusive of all taxes and service charges.

What kind of food is served for breakfast?We want our breakfast to satisfy all our valued guests, so we have both traditional European breakfast with some Khmer traditional food. A full breakfast buffet (included in room rates) is served in the breakfast zone on the first floor of our Hotel. Breakfast is freshly cooked and served from 6am to 10am daily. Guests not only can choose their breakfast but also the time they would like to eat, anytime within these hours.You can find our breakfast menu on Meals page.

I have particular dietary needs, can you arrange a specific meal?We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements and vegetarian food wherever possible. Please inform reception at check in, they will advise you if they are able to offer this and the reasonable cost of the meals.
